Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lunerva. We aim to deliver a smooth, reliable experience from checkout to delivery. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about processing times, shipping windows, tracking, and more.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive an email if we expect a delay.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 7–14 business days after your order has been processed.
  • Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays.

Note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
  • You can track your parcel anytime on our Track Your Order page.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the first scan.

Shipping Destinations & Costs

  • We ship to most countries worldwide.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight/volume.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes assessed by the destination country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for details.

Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • If you need to update your address or modify your order, contact us at support@lunerva.com as soon as possible.
  • We’re unable to change orders that have already been shipped.

Split Shipments

To get your items to you faster, your order may ship in separate packages with different tracking numbers. You’ll receive tracking for each package.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days or shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors/building management and your local carrier first.
  • Still no luck? Email us at support@lunerva.com and we’ll help investigate.
  • For damaged items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional reshipment fee. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Holiday & Peak Season Notice

During holidays or major sales, carriers may experience higher volumes. Please allow extra time for delivery.
